Blackjack Switch
Casino Reviews: Queen's Club Casino
The Game: Blackjack switch is a blackjack variant, which allows the you to trade cards between two hands. You make two bets of equal size and are allowed to switch the second card dealt to each hand.
The Set
: PlayTech uses six decks which is very bad concerning card counting, because as more decks are used as more difficult it gets to keep track of the cards of course. It is difficult to find an online casino making card counting easy anyway.
The house edge with the rules listed below is 0.05% which is excellent since it almost a player advantage. There are not many online casinos offering such a good blackjack game.
The Rules: You must make two bets of equal size. All cards will be dealt face up. You may switch the 2nd card dealt to each hand.
The dealer hits soft 17 (Ace & 6) which increases the house edge: If he had to stand on soft 17, that's it. But if he hits he gets a second chance to draw
Blackjack
closer to 21. And if he draws more than 4, the Ace will count as 1 and he gets a third chance to draw closer to 21. Doubling down is allowed on any first two cards which is excellent. You can double down after you split pairs which is better than what land based casinos offer you but standard when it comes to online casinos. You may split pairs to two hands only which really is below average, because many other online casinos allow you to split the cards up to three or four hands. You get even money for winning with a blackjack. The dealer does not peak (check for Blackjack) until all players are finished, so if the dealer does have a Blackjack then all players will lose the total amount they've bet, including any additional money from doubling or splitting (called European hole card rule) which is very tough for the player and advantageous for the casino. A dealer total of 22 will push against any player total of 21 or less. Whereas a player blackjack will still beat a dealer's 22.

Six Deck Blackjack
Casino Reviews: Queen's Club Casino
Set: PlayTech uses six decks here which is not too good again as you can read in the blackjack switch review. Additionally the cards are shuffled after every hand. The house edge with the rules listed below is 0.47% which is lowest standard. There are better blackjack games out there.
Rules: The dealer stands on soft 17 (Ace-6). You may double on any first two cards (very good),
Blackjack
and even double after splitting pairs (very good). You may split only once though (very bad). When the dealer's face-up card is a ten he peaks under the face-down card to tell if he has a blackjack. When the dealer's face-up card is an Ace he does not peak. You will lose the full amount bet if the dealer has an Ace showing and wins but only the original amount (excluding any additional from doubling or splitting) with a 10 showing. No surrender is offered (not good).
